Mode of payment
The payment can be carried out only by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express).
Shipment of order
Your order is being sent through the Greek post-office or through the courier company we work with. You will be charged with the shipment cost.
Delivery time of order
Orders through our e-shop are being sent to the designated address within a week from their approval date, for any region in Greece.
Shipment to countries other than Greece
The shipment costs for countries other than Greece are being determined by the Greek post-office or the courier company we work with, depending on the region zone that the country of delivery belongs to.
We are bound to keep our agreement concerning the time of delivery; if for any unexpected reason (ex. bad weather conditions) it is impossible to complete the delivery of your order within the predetermined time we will make sure you get informed. We will contact you to confirm that you still want the order.
Reduction of responsibilities
Our e-shop is reserved concerning the time of delivery in case of an unexpected setback;
The Museum is not responsible for any delays in case the product is not available from the corresponding supplier. In both cases our e-shop makes sure you are informed.
The specified prices of the products are final (the shipment cost is not included). Our e-shop has the right to change those prices without any notice. The customer will pay of course the price of his/her order without taking into consideration any change of price from the time of order until the time of delivery.
Our e-shop will give you the opportunity to return a product if it is defective. The return must be carried out within 10 working days from the day of the delivery. For the return to be accepted:
The product must be in the same condition as when received.
The Museum advises you to firstly check the product on delivery to make sure there is no visible defectiveness (for example it is not broken, it is the correct product etc.). This initial check is by no means obligatory and your rights are not affected if not performed.
For your faster and better service it is preferable to send the return product together with the delivery and retail form.

In the case you wish to return a product, you will have to send an e-mail describing your return request.
Modes of return settlement
In the case you decide to return a product you can chose the mode of return settlement. The choices provided are:
Shipment of new product. The new product can be the initial or any other product from our e-shop.
Since the payment was carried out through card, your card will be credited accordingly.

Completion of return process
The procedure for your refund will be completed within 30 days from the day the product has been returned. This time can be extended following an agreement with you and only if you have chosen a mode of refund settlement that requires more time.
Our e-shop is being charged with any return cost of the product, only when the product has been delivered with defectiveness.
Terms of agreement
The Museum has the right to modify the terms of agreement. Our company has the responsibility to inform the document that cites the terms of agreement for any kind of change on these terms. The Museum’s e-shop is totally in coherence with the International and European Law on electronic commerce issues, as well as the Law of consumers’ protection (N. 2251/1994) which regulates issues for sales from distance.
